Two ways in
A password, or a code we email you
Both are offered for every account, and both reach the same dashboard. Neither reveals whether an address is registered.
Your password
The password you set when you registered. If it has gone, the reset link on the sign-in screen emails you a new one, and the link is single use.
A six-digit code by email
No password needed. Ask for a code on the sign-in screen and it arrives at your registered address, valid for ten minutes and usable once. Holding the code proves you control the inbox, so it verifies the account exactly as a password reset does.

What the messages mean
Two things account for nearly every sign-in problem, and one of them is deliberate.
The screen says the email or password is wrong
That one sentence covers a wrong password, a wrong code and an address with no account, and it is deliberately the same in all three cases: telling you which of them it was would let anyone check whether a given email is registered here. Try the emailed code instead, and if that also fails the address probably is not the one you registered with.
You cannot get in at all
Write to [email protected] from the address you registered with and say what you have already tried. Support answers within a working day.
Signing in works at any hour. Replication itself runs 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM IST on NSE and BSE trading days, so outside those hours you can read your account and change your configuration, and nothing is being copied. The status page has the full schedule, and contact reaches a person.
